Hello everyone! We are expecting our first baby in [name_u]November[/name_u] and finding boy names incredibly difficult! Our last name starts with S and ends with “ski” (three syllables), so we are trying to get a decent rhythm going.
We like more classic/modern classic names, nothing too “crazy” or “trendy”.

[name_m]Charles[/name_m] (only as MN as it is FIL FN)

I think I like:
[name_u]Carter[/name_u] (as MN)
Any suggestions??? We’ve looked at all of them in combination but I just feel like something is missing.
I think [name_m]Luke[/name_m] would be pair really well with a 3 syllable surname ending in -ski. I would then choose a 2 syllable middle for good flow, but a 3 or 4 syllable middle could work too, depending on which syllables are stressed. Not sure if you want to avoid too many s’s or not?

Out of your names i like [name_u]Carter[/name_u] a lot.
You could also use [name_m]Lucas[/name_m], instead of [name_m]Luke[/name_m] (can always use [name_m]Luke[/name_m] as a nm)
I like [name_m]Graham[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] or [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] [name_u]Carter[/name_u]. I love the nn potentials of [name_u]Gray[/name_u] or [name_u]Nico[/name_u] / [name_u]Nick[/name_u]. [name_u]Nick[/name_u] especially is a name that ages so well and I’ve only ever known wonderful Nicks.
It’ll depend on your area but [name_u]Logan[/name_u] and [name_m]Luke[/name_m] / [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] are stupid popular where I am.
I was going to say that [name_m]Charles[/name_m] was my favorite! [name_m]Graham[/name_m] is only behind it slightly, though; I think [name_m]Graham[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] would be handsome, and something relatively short goes well with a long Polish surname.
[name_u]Everett[/name_u] was my first idea, but I like the suggestion of [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], too (I know an [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] with a long, complicated Polish surname!). I even like the idea of [name_m]Andreas[/name_m], too, although I’m not sure if it interests you? I think [name_m]Zane[/name_m], [name_m]Jack[/name_m], [name_m]Joshua[/name_m], and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] would fit in with your style reasonably well, too.

I really love the classic [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] with the nickname [name_m]Cole[/name_m]. I think it gives that great balance of classic yet modern. I think [name_m]Cole[/name_m] is a cool, masculine nickname. I’ve never understood the appeal of [name_u]Logan[/name_u]. It’s very trendy and I know two girls and one boy with the name. I think you have better options.
I really like [name_m]Graham[/name_m] too. [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] [name_m]Graham[/name_m] is a cool, solid name.
