Wow, you start school much earlier then we do! I don’t go back until [name]September[/name] 4th (and it’s my first day of [name]Junior[/name] year.)
When I go back I’ll try to make a list of the intersting names I run into.

I’m going into 10th grade. First day of high school where I live. CRAZY NERVOUS.
I love [name]Maura[/name] and [name]Greta[/name], and it’s neat to see [name]Angela[/name] on a young person. I usually associate it with a much older generation.
My son starts back to school on [name]Monday[/name], and we have “meet the teacher” night tomorrow. I can’t wait to see the class roster!
Wow, it seems like you’re starting late! Probably not, but my little sister went back last [name]Monday[/name] (like, a week and a half ago), so it seems weird to see everyone else going back so much later.

You guys all start school so late! My brother went back to school on the 15th and when I was still in school we went back around [name]August[/name] 18.
[name]Greta[/name]'s such a pretty name! Our school is overrun with [name]Josh[/name]'s and [name]Dakota[/name]'s. And the girl names are all pretty run of the mill too, there is a [name]Reggie[/name] and a [name]Miranda[/name] though, which is as uncommon as the high schoolers names get. The rest are all top 100s for the years they were born.
We went to the “meet the teacher” event tonight, and I got the class list. They’re all 6-7 year olds. Pretty typical names, for the most part.

I think my favourite part about being a teacher is seeing the class lists of names. I love working at a school, walking past all the lockers and coat hooks with kids’ names on them!
