First name and Middle name combos…thoughts?

I’ve posted here a few times recently and have been offered lots of great name suggestions for this baby that I’m due to have any day (I’m 39 weeks today!). I’ve compiled a list of FN/MN combinations that I like. I’ve tried to listen for any issues with sound combinations. I thought I’d share to see if anyone might see how one combination doesn’t work that I didn’t consider.

I have 2 boys, [name_m]Christian[/name_m] and [name_u]Dylan[/name_u]. I also have a 2 yr old daughter, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. I don’t want another floral FN but do like the idea of having either a floral or virtue MN for this baby. I do want a girl name that is pretty and delicate. Common doesn’t bother me. I’m trying to avoid FN ending in -en sound since both boys do. When I say all three names with these new names I think FN ending with an -uh sound roll together well. Yep, I’m being that picky! Also, I thought I should mention that baby will most likely have blonde hair and blue eyes like all siblings and daddy…unless by fluke it has light brown hair and hazel eyes like me.

Okay here’s my list…any favorites or any that don’t work so well? Please note that I don’t necessary like a FN less if I didn’t pair it with as many MN…I may have not liked as many MN that worked with it.

[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Flora[/name_f] (FN/MN both -uh)
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Bella[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Bella[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Belle[/name_f] [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f]
[name_f]Belle[/name_f] Coralie
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] (FN/MN -EE)
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] (-en)
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (-en, FN/MN initials ER?)
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] ?
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Coraline[/name_f]
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (FN/MN initials ER?)
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Flora[/name_f] (FN/MN -uh)
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Joy[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]
[name_f]Joy[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Angeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Coraline[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] (my initials)
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (-en)
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] (-en)
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]

The 2 that jumped off the page to me were [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] (if the ‘en’ ending bothers you what about [name_f]Edie[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]? And [name_f]Joy[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]… So stunning… I love [name_f]Lily[/name_f] & [name_f]Joy[/name_f] together… They feel suited yet are not expected. I think [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] would be a very pretty option too. I would personally not use another name that’s super popular like [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Bella[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]… They are all very pretty names but with [name_f]Lily[/name_f] being a favourite too I would use a name that’s a little more unexpected like [name_f]Joy[/name_f]/[name_f]Edie[/name_f]/[name_u]Eden[/name_u]. That’s why I love [name_f]Snow[/name_f] so much in the middle spot… it’s so delicate and pretty that it can hold it’s own with [name_f]Grace[/name_f] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] yet it’s so unexpected.

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] is another nice combo…didn’t see that! [name_m]Even[/name_m] the V’s and W go well together.
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Joy[/name_f] does sound nice when you just think of the two girl names together. [name_m]Both[/name_m] are noun names but not related so much. I don’t think [name_f]Edie[/name_f] is for me but I appreciate the suggestion to help avoid a 3rd sibling -en sound. I’m not sure if all FN ending in -en is an end-all for me or not. If I do cut the -en’s that would include [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]…

Thank you so much for your input!!

My absolute favorite is [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], is smooth, beautiful, sweet, I’m completely in love with that combo.
Also like (not as [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], but I like)
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]

But I really mean it [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is exquisite.
