We love the family name [name_f]Nella[/name_f] as a middle name but are finding it difficult to pair a first name that flows. So far, top contenders are [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] or [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] since we both love the nn [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Nella[/name_f] [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] flows better but my husband isn’t a fan of [name_f]Nella[/name_f] as a technical first.
Other names we like but probably won’t use are [name_f]Allegra[/name_f], [name_f]Vienna[/name_f], [name_f]Leila[/name_f], and [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. We like romantic/Mediterranean names if you couldn’t tell
Could you maybe use a longer name & then use [name_f]Nella[/name_f] as a NN for a FN? Eg. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], [name_f]Danielle[/name_f], [name_f]Daniella[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Ellen[/name_f], [name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Leonora[/name_f], [name_f]Noella[/name_f], [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], Helen(a), [name_f]Novella[/name_f]?
Some other ways you could get the NN [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] while paired with [name_f]Nella[/name_f]:
[name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucille[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucienne[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f]
[name_f]Luciana[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f]
I think we need to get away from names that rhyme with Nella. Some of these are Mediterranian, while some just sounded nice with Nella to me.

I love the international vibe of your list and see so many of my favourites on it. TBH, I would be less concerned with finding the perfect fn/mn flow and concentrate more on her first and last name as those are the names she will use daily and be known as. [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f] is lovely and I think the alliteration makes for a memorable name! I also love [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] although with both names ending in ‘a’ it doesn’t flow quite as well so may bother you although it isn’t terrible and doesn’t grate Another option is to give her three names, something like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Nella[/name_f].
