I’m a planner well in advance kind of person and we are trying to conceive, if it’s a girl we are thinking for the Middle name [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn or Everlee-Ryn, although that is subject to change we have both been pretty stuck on it, having more trouble coming up with a first name! So far for first name ideas we have come up with
[name_f]Lana[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u]
I also like belle or [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] possibly as part of the middle name. We have one daughter already who is almost 2, [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]-[name_f]May[/name_f] and we like the idea of have a short first name for this future baby with a hyphenated middle name. But the right name may be a longer one as well. We couldn’t agree on just one middle name for our daughter [name_f]Kara[/name_f] so that’s how she ended up with two names hyphenated together. My husband is big into comic books and horror movies, and I’m more of a fantasy, norse mythology, disney princess person for inspiration. Anybody have some ideas for us??
The two y’s in [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn feel clunky to me, I prefer [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-[name_u]Wren[/name_u]
Suggestions…
[name_f]Cleo[/name_f]
[name_f]Jade[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f]
[name_f]Naia[/name_f]
[name_f]Brea[/name_f] (bray-uh)
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Inez[/name_f]
[name_f]Jolie[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f]
[name_f]Juno[/name_f]
[name_f]Zelda[/name_f]
[name_f]Thisbe[/name_f]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_u]Zuri[/name_u]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Audra[/name_f]
[name_f]Rhea[/name_f]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn is cute
Some other suggests:
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Rosa[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Selene[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Maia[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Thora[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn
I’m not a fan of [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-Ryn together, I don’t like the repeated “r” and “y” sounds, I think it’s a bit heavy. I do like [name_u]Everly[/name_u] on its own.
[name_f]Belle[/name_f] and [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] are very sweet middle names. I also recommend [name_f]Arielle[/name_f] (pronounced “ah-ree-el” as opposed to [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]'s “air-ree-el”) for a longer and more balanced feel with shorter first names. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f] are also lovely Disney princess middle names.
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] - I think this is a sweet, elegant, slightly spunky name.
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_f]Arielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] - this is my favourite of the three! Elegant and so beautiful. Very versatile for middle name choices.
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_f]Arielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] - I actually thought this was a boy’s name, probably from [name_f]Marvel[/name_f] (I didn’t realise it was unisex!), so I like more feminine middle names with it. It’s tough and spunky, I like it.
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] [name_f]Arielle[/name_f]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]
Thank you for all your ideas so far! Its given us alot to ponder. I’m liking either [name_f]Dinah[/name_f] or [name_f]Lana[/name_f] for a first name, though I’m fond of [name_u]Loki[/name_u] as well. I still like Everlee and also [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] or [name_f]Ariella[/name_f], but the hubby prefers [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] over [name_f]Ariella[/name_f] I think. He is also insisting still on a hyphenated middle name. I feel like that makes it harder. I do still like Ryn but I’m not sure about how it would work(Anyone see the show siren?)
Combinations possibilities:
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] Everlee-[name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_u]Loki[/name_u]-[name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_f]Ariella[/name_f]-Ryn
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f] Everlee-[name_u]Loki[/name_u]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] Everlee-[name_u]Loki[/name_u]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Loki[/name_u]-[name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_f]Ariella[/name_f]-Ryn
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Ariel[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Loki[/name_u]-Ryn
[name_f]Lana[/name_f] Everlee-[name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
Lots to ponder, still open to further suggestions, you have all been most helpful so far!
I also still like [name_f]Belle[/name_f] but the husband I dont think is as keen on it, I did read him all the other suggestions so far as well.
I really like [name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-[name_f]Belle[/name_f] or [name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_u]Everly[/name_u]-[name_u]Wren/name_u.
We also like [name_f]Evie[/name_f] as an idea, any ideas how to do a hyphenated combo adding [name_f]Evie[/name_f] in?
So re-hashing the list not an any particular order:
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f]
[name_f]Lana[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] or Everlee
Ryn
[name_u]Ariel[/name_u]
[name_u]Loki[/name_u]
[name_f]Evie[/name_f]
[name_f]Belle[/name_f] (me so more then the husband on this one)
Ideas using those names for first name and middle name combo that is hyphenated?
Again our daughters name is [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]-[name_f]May[/name_f], so something that might pair well with the sound of it?
Still open to other ideas and thoughts on these names as well!
