[name_f]Flower[/name_f] names with [name_f]Snow[/name_f] sound fantastic! I went to school with a girl whose first name was [name_f]Summer[/name_f] and last name was Sn0w and it was fantastic! Everyone loved to hear her name, it always made me happy just to hear it (and I never spoke to the girl, we didn’t have any classes together). If you really love flower names or old-lady names, just go for them! And JK Rowling would probably play up the [name_f]Snow[/name_f] name, by putting something nature or really light in color (like [name_m]Casper[/name_m], which is absolutely fantastic!) next to it, just look at [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] [name_m]Brown[/name_m]. I love all the names that you have listed here (and looking at your signature, [name_f]Violet[/name_f] Sn0w sounds adorable). Personally, I like the longer names with a short last name, so [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] and [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] are my favorite from your tops, but all of the names you like are fantastic, so any name that you choose will be a good one!
I am lucky, like you, to have a lovely surname which can evoke a lot of imagery if you be a little creative with the first name. It makes for a fun name-hunting experience imo. I would definitely jump at the chance to use the surname to your advantage and pick a flower name, especially if you love them. I also love [name_m]Casper[/name_m] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] too, that’s an awesome name and very memorable.
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] sounds like a real fairytale name, I love it. If it helps, [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] and [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] are beautiful, well and truly. I think a little girl would be beyond lucky to have a name like [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], it’s so magical.
From your signature, I love [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] (this feels so Christmassy to me), [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] and [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] (my favourite). [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] is also lovely.
I love [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], such a wonderful name. I don’t think [name_m]Casper[/name_m] would be too problematic for your kid, though, personally I’d avoid going even further into that direction.
What would Rowling do? Probably use either alliteration or something elaborate like [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] or [name_m]Ignatius[/name_m].
The only names I would avoid are one-syllable names and names associated with colours, especially red as that is so associated with blood and “red snow” seems like a very common thing to show in a movie (scene after a battle has been fought; at least I feel like I’ve seen quite a few scenes like that).
A few suggestions:

I really love all the suggestions and all your favourites which makes it even harder. I also agree that flower names work beautifully with [name_f]Snow[/name_f] - how lucky to have such a beautiful last name! I too prefer longer names with shorter surnames but in this instance I love [name_f]Martha[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f], a bit left of field.
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] is so cute. I like comfy names like that AND witchy/regal names. Hard to choose between the two!
I think [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] is absolutely beautiful. [name_m]Just[/name_m] love it. I also like [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], and I wonder if you’d also like the name [name_f]Freya[/name_f]? I think it sounds beautiful with [name_f]Snow[/name_f].
