[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I love the idea of two middle names to honor both grandmas.
Here are my thoughts on your list-
Autumn-Autumn [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds great. I’m not personally a huge fan of [name_f]Autumn[/name_f], but I can’t pinpoint why. Maybe it’s because I’m a warm weather person! It’s still a perfectly nice name though. Smart & calm & easy to say & spell but not terribly over done. Feminine w/out being frilly as well.
Bowie-I don’t know that I care for this one. I like [name_u]David[/name_u] [name_u]Bowie[/name_u] a lot as a musician. This name is very associated w/him though, even though it’s not a bad association. And it just seems a little cutesy & not quite a solid name. I wonder if it could be a nn for something?
Ever-This is kind of neat. It’s a bit wordy for my tastes; maybe I’m just not used to hearing it as a name. But it’s not unpleasant. [name_u]Ever[/name_u] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] doesn’t flow perfectly because of the 'r’s running into each other, but it’s not awful. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] & [name_u]Everly[/name_u] are so darn popular though, that I’d be afraid an [name_u]Ever[/name_u] would get lost in the sea of Evies. This is only a concern if popularity bothers you.
Iris-Ooh, I want so badly to like this name. It’s floral & vintage & simple & soft but still has just the right amount of spunk. I just don’t like the sound. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], again, isn’t perfect, but not horrible at all either.
Ivy-Maybe I just don’t like the long ‘i’ sound, but do prefer this to [name_f]Iris[/name_f]. It’s a little sassier, which I like about it. A bit popular, but not awful. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sound really good.
Juniper-This is neat. It’s kind of quirky but has smart elegance at the same time. And I adore the nns [name_f]Junie[/name_f] & [name_f]Juno[/name_f]. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is a bit ‘r’ heavy, but completely fine. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] is also getting oddly popular. I know bunch of little Junipers & Junos if you can believe it.
Leila-This is perfectly nice, but just seems a bit done & not that special. It has a pretty sound though, & [name_f]Leila[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] works.
Lylah-I love the sound of this one, but definitely prefer [name_f]Lila[/name_f]. [name_u]Or[/name_u] even [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] is fine. The ‘y’ makes it look off to me. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds gorgeous.
Lyric-This is kind of like [name_u]Ever[/name_u]. It’s a pretty sounding word, but I’m just not used to it as a name so I don’t love it. [name_u]Lyric[/name_u] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] isn’t perfect but totally fine.
Melody-This is cute. It feels more natural as a name to me, but gives the sweet happy musical vibe. [name_f]Melody[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds prefect.
Oceana-This is a really cool one. Not sure I love the sound, but I do love the imagery & the uniqueness. It flows good enough w/the mns.
Phoenix-I think I’d like this as a mn for a girl, but it just doesn’t sound that pretty as a first. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though it is very bada**. Maybe a bit too much!
Remi-Meh, not my cup of tea. I know a little girl [name_u]Remi[/name_u], but I think that [name_u]Remy[/name_u] is so handsome for a boy that this one isn’t my favorite for girls.
Salem-I don’t know. I don’t think that the sound is that pleasant nor the association w/witch trials. I like it for the black cat in [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] the Teenage Witch! But not as much for a sweet little girl.
Serenity-Love the vibe, but it’s a bit wordy for my tastes. Maybe [name_f]Serena[/name_f] would flow better.
Stevie-I find this pretty cute as a nn. [name_f]Stefania[/name_f] nn [name_u]Stevie[/name_u] would be my preference. Feels a bit lacking on its own.
Sunny-I think that this is maybe better as a nn too, but it’s soooo cute. What do you think of [name_f]Susanna[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] nn [name_u]Sunny[/name_u]?
Willow-I like the sound & the imagery of this a lot, but I think the trendy-ness turns me off a tad. [name_u]Willow[/name_u] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is kind of a tongue twister, but not bad.
Zoie-This is really popular too, even though it’s a fun name. I would definitely spell it [name_u]Zoe[/name_u]. That looks much sleeker to me.
Well, I hope my rambling helps a bit!
