Hmm, interesting! I’ve always liked the roles reversed, surnames as FNs for boys, and common FNs (like [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Samuel[/name]) as surnames. I know of [name]Grace[/name] and [name]Hannah[/name] that’s been used as a surname… I think there was a [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Grace[/name] on the show Alias? I think it’s a really cool choice, actually. And the principal of my high school was a [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Hannah[/name]. Other than that… excluding unisex names (like [name]Bailey[/name], [name]Avery[/name], and [name]Harper[/name]), I’m not sure! Maybe something like [name]Seren[/name] could be a surname? Or a word name, like [name]Lark[/name], [name]Wren[/name]/[name]Ren[/name], [name]Juniper[/name], or [name]Lily[/name]? I know there was a member on here who had [name]Laura[/name] as a surname, so there’s that, too…
I know someone with the surname [name]Grace[/name], so it definitely is useable.
Others I know of/have heard of:
[name]Kelly[/name]
[name]Meredith[/name]
[name]Kay[/name]/[name]Kaye[/name]
[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Gale[/name] (I know it’s the more masculine spelling of [name]Gail[/name] though)
[name]Lindsey[/name]
[name]Hope[/name]
[name]Faith[/name]
[name]Brooke[/name]
[name]May[/name]
also [name]Bailey[/name], [name]Taylor[/name], [name]Jordan[/name], [name]Ashley[/name] though I’d class them more as unisex names so I don’t know if they’d be much use.
I’m not sure which came first, but I a girl [name]Kelly[/name] & I knew a boy with the last name [name]Kelly[/name]. And then I know a family with the last name [name]Courtney[/name] & I know a girl with the first name [name]Courtney[/name].
Funny true story. There’s 2 families at church. The [name]Courtney[/name]'s & the [name]Baker[/name]'s. [name]One[/name] of the [name]Courtney[/name] girls married one of the [name]Baker[/name] boys. Their daughter is [name]Courtney[/name] [name]Baker[/name].
