I can’t decide on a second middle name for [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. Which of the combos below do you prefer? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any suggestions?
Out of your suggestions, I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f]. I think “[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]” needs something short and sweet at the end. But I really [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the name that you have in your (footer? Signature? I’m not sure what it’s called.): [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f].
But if you’re set on [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], I’d choose a one-syllable name:
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is SO vintage and sweet! It’s a nice combo, but maybe something more modern / less sweet for second mn, like:
YOUR LIST: I like [name_f]May[/name_f], [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], [name_f]Elsie[/name_f], [name_f]Ada[/name_f] and [name_f]Kitty[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Flora[/name_f]! I like [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f], and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] the most.
What about [name_f]Clover[/name_f], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], [name_f]Briar[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u], [name_f]Clio[/name_f]/[name_f]Cleo[/name_f], Darling, [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], or [name_u]Poet[/name_u]?
I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] full stop. It’s so full and rich as is. If I had to choose, I would use [name_f]May[/name_f].
@katiebethbug: I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] but [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] would honor and so I’m exploring my options for a [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] combo.
I agree the long A sound is nice with [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. Thanks!
@bellerose: I think that [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] is my favorite [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] combo as well!
@lu_brasil: [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Lettie[/name_f] is absolutely adorable. I love that suggestion. Thanks!
@namechange93: Your suggestion of Darling has me thinking. You see, my grandmother’s maiden name is [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] and everyone in my family talked about using it but never did. [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] would be interesting. I also like your suggestions of [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. Thanks!
I agree with @boyandgirl, I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] sans extras, but depending on your last name, [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] would be really pretty! [name_m]How[/name_m] cool is it that your grandma’s maiden name is [name_f]Lovely[/name_f], I think that would make a really awesome namesake!
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] by far.
[name_f]Edit[/name_f]: Whoops, didn’t realize you had settled on [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] MN. So cool that your grandmother’s maiden name was [name_f]Lovely[/name_f], too!
@yuma: I do think she would be a nice namesake, though I’ve actually got her first and middle name as my name!
@acciobaby: I don’t really settle on combos. I just seem to prefer [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] a smidge more than a few of the other names currently!
@bedhead: I love your suggestions! The one that really stands out to me is [name_u]Vale[/name_u], I’ve never really been a fan of it but I quite like it here.
