So pretty, and [name_u]Florence[/name_u] [name_u]Nightingale[/name_u] is a great namesake! I do prefer the spunkier [name_f]Flora[/name_f], but [name_u]Florence[/name_u] is a name that offers many great nicknames, works on an adult and sounds professional. Also the beautiful Italian city is another great association!

I like it! I prefer it to [name_f]Flora[/name_f]. I think of the character from GeminiTay’s Minecraft series, but that’s nt a strong association at all.

[name_u]Florence[/name_u] sounds real crispy and flowy to me and is such a great name on its own I wouldnt be inclined to give it a nn

I love it! Definitely has a vintage feel, but not exactly grandmotherly (not that that’s a bad thing!) [name_f]Florie[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f] are both super-cute nicknames, but it’s gorgeous alone too.

I like [name_u]Florence[/name_u] as a middle, but not so much as a first. I think [name_u]Florence[/name_u] is better than [name_f]Flora[/name_f]

[name_u]Florence[/name_u] was my first pick for my baby girl. It’s literally the perfect girl name to me. Timeless and elegant with a touch of whimsy. It was vetoed by my mom unfortunately because apparently we have a one-toothed hillbilly cousin named [name_u]Florence[/name_u] who I’ve never met.

I LOVE [name_u]Florence[/name_u]. It is my great-grandmother’s name! Her full name was [name_u]Florence[/name_u] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], which is just beautiful.

I like it well enough, though it seems a bit common for me and I prefer the Spanish [name_f]Florencia[/name_f]. I really do like the nn [name_f]Flo[/name_f] though, it just…flows so well!

Was my grand-mothers name and I rather love it.

It is a nice name, very mild and pleasant in my mind. I can see sisters named [name_f]Millicent[/name_f] and [name_u]Florence[/name_u].
