What image do you get when you think of [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]? Personally I love [name_u]Finn[/name_u] more, but DH gave it a big fat no. He said he would think about [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] though. Our older son is names [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] ([name_u]Jem[/name_u]). So it would be [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] and [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]. Is it too cowboy-ish?
I think it’s cowboyish, but not overly so, and I think it’s awesome. [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] is a great name, and a great alternative to the uber popular [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]. I love the character of [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]/[name_m]Eugene[/name_m] Fitzherbert from “Tangled.” I also [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the nickname [name_u]Jem[/name_u] from [name_u]Jameson[/name_u], that’s so cool.
I love [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] and [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] together! I don’t get a cowboy vibe so much as a spunky Irish vibe. I love it.
Thank you both- I hadn’t thought of the Irish vibe honestly! my one and only issue with [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] is the ‘fl’ beginning sounds like you’re going to say phlem. If I can get over that I think I’ll be totally in love with it! I also love Flynnie as a nickname- like a masculine version of Whinnie!
Aww, I met a little little [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] the other day - love it!
I think [name_u]Jameson[/name_u] and [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] would make a lovely brother set.
Yay! I’m starting to get excited about this one!
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]! And I really like it with [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]! But I think [name_u]Jem[/name_u] and [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] sound a little too much alike, I’d get confused!
[name_u]Flynn[/name_u] is the name of my 3 year old so I love it!
His younger brother is [name_u]James[/name_u] so very similar to your [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]!
[name_u]Jameson[/name_u] and [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] works brilliantly.
I like [name_u]Flynn[/name_u], for me it says Irish rather than cowboys too!
