Hey y’all! I am going to have girl number two! But don’t have a name yet! My first daughters name is [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]. my husband likes [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f], clara, and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] but I’m not completely in love with those. I need suggestions for a first and middle name that will go well with her sister,[name_u]Hadley[/name_u]! I know once I hear (read) it, I will know “that’s it! That’s my daughter!” But as of right now I am losing sleep over it because i don’t have a name for my new little princess. Thanks in advance!
I think [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] is lovely, but if it isn’t hitting the mark we should keep looking. [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] is a completely different style to your husband’s suggestions, so maybe we need to find something that is both traditional/feminine while modern sounding to match with [name_u]Hadley[/name_u].
Suggestions:
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_f]Cherith[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_u]Skylar[/name_u]
[name_u]Kendall[/name_u]
[name_f]Dimity[/name_f]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Willow[/name_f]
[name_f]Dorrin[/name_f]
[name_u]Emerson[/name_u]
[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f]
[name_u]Delaney[/name_u]
[name_u]Morgan[/name_u]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Jocelyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Heidi[/name_f]
[name_u]Carmen[/name_u]
[name_u]Meredith[/name_u]
[name_u]Aspen[/name_u]
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u]
[name_f]Escarleth[/name_f]
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f], [name_f]Gwen[/name_f], [name_f]Gwenna[/name_f], Gwenllian, [name_f]Winifred[/name_f], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], [name_f]Claudia[/name_f], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f]…
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] was my first thought. Suggestions:
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]
I really love the name [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
[name_f]Sienna[/name_f]
[name_f]Marin[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
I agree and I really like these suggestions.
I would also suggest:
[name_f]Clover[/name_f]
[name_u]Carter[/name_u]
[name_f]Calli[/name_f]
[name_u]Blakely[/name_u]
[name_f]Tansy[/name_f]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Brette[/name_f]
[name_u]Stacey[/name_u]
[name_u]Connelly[/name_u]
[name_f]Stella[/name_f]
[name_u]Hillary[/name_u]
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u]
[name_f]Tamsin[/name_f]
[name_f]Tera[/name_f]
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
[name_u]June[/name_u]
[name_f]Summer[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilly[/name_f]
[name_f]Suzette[/name_f]
What about [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] & [name_f]Laurel[/name_f]?
I like the flow of those 2 together.
A bit more unusual, but there’s also [name_f]Clarity[/name_f] or [name_f]Clarice[/name_f] if [name_f]Clara[/name_f] isn’t striking you.
Or possibly [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] or [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] if [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] doesn’t seem right.
I love [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f], though I agree they are different in style than [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]. I would put [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] with [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] first.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] the idea of a non-frilly nature name like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], [name_f]Clover[/name_f]… or something spunky like [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], [name_f]Margo[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Tess[/name_f].
Maybe: [name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Fiona[/name_f], [name_u]Vesper[/name_u], [name_u]Winter[/name_u], [name_f]Olive[/name_f], [name_u]Sage[/name_u], [name_f]Paige[/name_f], [name_f]Tess[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Arwen[/name_f], [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_u]Blair[/name_u]…?
Actually the more I’ve thought about it I kind of love [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] & [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f]/[name_f]Gwen[/name_f]… good luck
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Edda[/name_f] [name_m]Goldwyn[/name_m]
or
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Zeta[/name_f] [name_f]Lisette[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] is such a wonderful name. It’s also unisex, and I usually recommend that a sister have a unisex name, too, or at least one that isn’t frilly. That said, [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] is a soft name, with the feminine-sounding “ee” on the end, so I do quite like [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f]! [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] seems too uptight.
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Rue[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Blair[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Blythe[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Lark[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Marlow[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Arbor[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Ethel[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Echo[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Suzy[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Rory[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Connelly[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Bay[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Early[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Frances[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Air[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_u]Blake[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] and [name_f]Jennie[/name_f]
