I’m writing a book, the story is a girl [[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_m]Roman[/name_m]] who spends her junior year in high school studying in [name_m]Toulouse[/name_m], [name_f]France[/name_f] and staying with a host family. While there she meets a girl who’s a bit odd, but they get along for their differences, the girl being a bit odd and the main character being American in a [name_m]French[/name_m] city. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] notices an off relationship between this girl and her father and after some prying and personal snooping she discovers the man is not only not her father, but he kidnapped the girl when she was young, firmly solidifying a case of Stockholm Syndrome in the girl. I won’t try and explain the whole plot but that is the beginning idea. I’m stuck on several of the names. The main character (as of now) is [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_m]Roman[/name_m]. The study abroad is organized by a group, and she travels there with 8 other high school students, between sophomore and senior. I have two names, [name_f]Gillian[/name_f] [name_u]Tate[/name_u], and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_m]Saxon[/name_m]. I’m stuck on choosing believable, realistic names. Please help alter these if needed and add another three girls’ and three boys’ names. They’re not wildly important to the plot, in fact most of them are mentioned only once or twice, but they do need names. These should be of any origin but [name_m]French[/name_m]. The [name_m]French[/name_m] names I desire will go to her host family and friends there. The host family is [name_f]Ariane[/name_f], Sébastien, [name_f]Axelle[/name_f], [name_f]Manon[/name_f], and [name_m]Gilles[/name_m]. They are a bit weird sounding but interesting [name_m]French[/name_m] names. What I’m most concerned with are the names for the girl and her father…something delicate but weird and unusual for the girl and something typically [name_m]French[/name_m] for the man. [name_m]Both[/name_m] [name_m]French[/name_m] names of course, and if you think of a corresponding surname that would be very helpful. Sorry for the extremely long post.
Thank you so very much! [name_f]Merci[/name_f] mille fois!
