What yall think? Went to doc today and wife is 1 centimeter dilated and doc doesn’t think she will make to end of [name_u]March[/name_u]. I love [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and she loves McKinleigh and I like it as well…I like its meaning as well.
I love [name_f]Freya[/name_f]!! McKinleigh is okay. It’s kind of trendy right now, but it’s alright in the middle spot. I prefer [name_u]McKinley[/name_u] spelling.
I agree with everything @erin91 said!
Your rude. Everyone has different name tastes, this couple is about to have their child. You’d probably be sad if someone started bashing the name of your soon to be child.

On a different note…I love [name_f]Freya[/name_f]! McKinleigh isn’t my favorite, even though I do like the original spelling more. I think the combo flows nicely and if it has great meaning to you guys I say go for it!
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] is a gorgeous, ancient name and given that the middle place is a perfect way to indulge in a name with deep meaning or one that you simply love, then why not McKinleigh however you choose to spell it? An official thumbs up – and please, berries, do not use rude words like “horrible” no matter what your opinion.
I think [name_f]Freya[/name_f] McKinleigh is gorgeous!
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] is one of my favorite names of all time – the meaning is probably my favorite part. And I think McKinleigh sounds great and is unique. I might not choose it either, but I think it still fits.
Congrats!
I thinkg [name_f]Freya[/name_f] McKinleigh is beautiful and regal sounding. If you are looking for alternative suggestions I would offer up [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]McKenna[/name_f]. It flows off the tongue a little easier. Either way congratulations!
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] is lovely! And the flow of [name_f]Freya[/name_f] McKinleigh sounds great to me when I say it out loud. I don’t personally really get the “-leigh” spelling unless it’s to honour someone - I’ve always assumed that people mostly use alternate spellings to make a first name look more feminine, so since [name_f]Freya[/name_f] is already clearly feminine I don’t really see why the “-leigh” spelling ([name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]McKinley[/name_u] looks more streamlined to me). That’s minor in the scheme of things, though - the middle name doesn’t tend to see a lot of use, and if this is the spelling your wife loves, go with it.
I’m personally a fan of McKinleigh, but [name_f]Freya[/name_f] McKinleigh works really really well! Honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use a name that was a little bit unusual in the middle spot! The middle name spot is the best place to use names that are a little different
I adore [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and think the middle name spot should be saved for honour names or compromise names, McKinleigh being the latter. Go for it, it flows and you love both names and that is all that matters!
