I just got two more yesterday! 2ish. It obviously is a sharp pain, but it’s over in about 1 second and doesn’t really hurt after that.

I don’t know — I’ve never had it, but based on what I’ve read, 9.

Having your tonsils removed?

Never had it. I have heard it does really hurt so maybe a 8

Getting stitches?

The stitches not so much, but the injury that required stitches, yes!
Getting bitten by a dog?

Getting stung by a Jellyfish?

I’ve been stung but it wasn’t a super dangerous jellyfish, and it was really minor. So, in my case, a 3. It just kinda itched and stung.

Stepping on Legos? (I had to!)

  1. I do it all the time. I have tough feet! :joy:

Getting stung by a bee?

I’ve never actually been stung by a bee, wasp, or hornet (knock on wood) but I would imagine about a 2-4 depending on where, so let’s say a 3?

Getting a tattoo? (I know this varies based on region— I have four— but let’s say somewhere like the ankle or forearm)

@skylerros I can answer this. 11. The most painful thing I have ever experienced. I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. It is physically, and emotionally, so draining.

Definitely varies on region! I spoke to my mother about this because I’m getting one in a couple of months. Ankle hurts a lot more than forearm - 7? Forearm - 4. That’s based off of my mother’s experience.

(Mentally painful, but…) Losing your best friend?

Okay, I have two examples:

I had known my girlfriend since I was a year old, before we got together. Her homophobic dad broke us up & I swear it almost killed me. I still miss her, even years later.

After we got together, somebody else took the roll of BFF. We’ll call her [name_f]Katie[/name_f] (not her real name). [name_f]Katie[/name_f] had some menta health issues. When I found out she did self-harm, it was the worst moment of my life. [name_f]My[/name_f] heart split in two — Concerned about [name_f]Katie[/name_f]’s safety, concerned about her mental health, concerned about everything. She’s doing a lot better now & we are still best friends but I’m never going to get over that moment & it’s very difficult to relive it.

Okay, sorry. [name_f]My[/name_f] question… How painful is it to be rejected? (I’ve only been in a relationship once & never asked anyone else out lol, discluding once when I was seven.)

My younger sister has sat on my head (11), my little cousin has sat on my head (3), my dog has sat on my head (full grown black lab), but it depends on the floor. Tile/concrete/hardwood is like, a 5, but carpet is more like a 3.
