Sorry, but I don’t understand this post. You want advice on how transitioning your name from one thing to another will be? [name_u]Haven[/name_u]'t you already done that before? I don’t think our opinions of whether you should stay as one name or not really matters seeing as we don’t know you. I’d suggest discussing it with your mom since she seems to have an opinion.
Why not use your given name? [name_m]How[/name_m] feminine could it be? Your mother named your brother [name_m]Colin[/name_m], which indicates great taste in names. Are you being too hard on her choice for you? And is it a girls name, or is it unisex?
This entire post was edited after my first reply…so I’m officially confused and not engaging anymore.

LOL. I’m incredibly liberal and open to all genders and sexual orientations, so if you came to Nameberry to try and stir up reactions from people for being trans, good luck. The issue I have is that your post said one thing and then when I replied you edited your post and changed your entire story.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you want it to be a C name? They are a lot of beautiful names that don’t have that harsh C sound that you complained about. I personally really like [name_m]Connor[/name_m] and [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] and I think you should choose the one that you feel comfortable with, people will have to understand. At first, it’ll be hard but they’ll get it just like they got it when you started calling yourself [name_m]Connor[/name_m]. Good luck!
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with [name_m]Connor[/name_m], but if you don’t like it, I say pick something else. Maybe try the new name out for a bit to make sure you like it and talk it over with family and friends before you commit. I assume it will be an adjustment similar to when you changed it the first time.
I think [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] is a good choice. [name_u]Cameron[/name_u] is good too. Some other options are [name_m]Clay[/name_m], [name_m]Clayton[/name_m], [name_u]Carson[/name_u], [name_m]Conway[/name_m], [name_m]Caiden[/name_m], [name_u]Colby[/name_u], [name_u]Corey[/name_u], [name_u]Keegan[/name_u], and [name_m]Luc[/name_m].
Would you prefer a name that starts with a soft c like: [name_m]Cedric[/name_m], [name_u]Chandler[/name_u], [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m].
Or a ch: [name_m]Charles[/name_m]/[name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_u]Channing[/name_u], [name_u]Chauncey[/name_u], [name_u]Chase[/name_u], [name_m]Christian[/name_m].
[name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] or [name_m]Clarence[/name_m] could be a male version of your previous name.
If [name_m]Connor[/name_m] isn’t for you then better to change it now before it’s legal, you’ve done it once before you can do it again.
I would talk to your mom about it as well she might have some other ideas besides [name_u]Cameron[/name_u].
