Thank you!! I do love [name_f]Emma[/name_f] but I can’t use it since it’s my cousins name which is super disappointing! I do like [name_u]Emery[/name_u] as well but prefer [name_u]Emerson[/name_u]!
I love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] but I named a goldfish that when I was growing up and that’s all I can think of when I see the name!
Thank you for the input! I do love [name_f]Emma[/name_f] but can’t use it unfortunately!
So many great suggestions! [name_f]Kinda[/name_f] falling for [name_f]Emberly[/name_f]. The link was great as well. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f] are my faves.
Thank you!! I do love nicknamey names too but sometimes prefer a longer name!
That’s true! I didn’t think of how similar it sounds to [name_f]Amy[/name_f]! Thanks!
Thanks! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]!
Thanks! I might just put [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] on my list instead of finding a full name for it that I don’t love as much!
Love it! But all I can think of is a goldfish I had growing up that I named [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]! Maybe I’ll get over that association and can use it!
Emmy could be a name by itself. What about…
Emma
[name_f]Em[/name_f]
[name_f]Emerald[/name_f]
[name_f]Esmeralda[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f]
[name_u]Emery[/name_u]
[name_u]Ember[/name_u]
[name_f]Emberly[/name_f]
[name_u]Salem[/name_u]
[name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f]Emiliana[/name_f]
[name_f]Aemilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Emanuella[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmanuelle[/name_f]
[name_u]Emery[/name_u]
[name_f]Esme[/name_f]
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f]
[name_u]Remy[/name_u]
[name_u]Remington[/name_u]
Hope this helps!
Emmy can definitely be a standalone name imo.
Love [name_u]Remy[/name_u]! I prefer it spelled [name_u]Remi[/name_u] for a girl though!
I have an [name_f]Emiliana[/name_f], whom we call [name_f]Emi[/name_f]. We’ve been really happy with the name. We’ve met many Emmelines, Emilias, [name_f]Emma[/name_f]’s, [name_f]Emily[/name_f]’s, and my friend just gave birth to an [name_u]Emerson[/name_u]. But we have never met another [name_f]Emiliana[/name_f]. We’ve had [name_u]French[/name_u], Italian, and Brazilian friends tell us of Emilianas they know back home, but we’ve yet to meet one. The downside is that Americans have struggled with the pronunciation, calling her [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. Dunno why.
Emiliana is gorgeous!!
Thanks. It’s a bit frilly, but DH’s surname (in my sign in name) sounds like a depression medication… like Zoloft, but a bit different… takes a lot of frill to balance that out.
