I picked [name]Maisie[/name], I think its a perfectly cute and usable name on its own! I don’t think it needs a longer version! 
My second choice would be [name]Margaret[/name], because I love that name, but I think [name]Maisie[/name] is a little far to be a common nickname that friends and teachers would use unless she introduced herself as [name]Maisie[/name]! I think if you want to call her [name]Maisie[/name] just use it!! it’s adorable!
I’m personally not keen on [name]Mairead[/name] or [name]Esme[/name]!

I also voted for [name]Maisie[/name] and agree with the previous poster, it is great as a name by itself in my opinion. But from your list I would choose [name]Margaret[/name] or [name]Esme[/name].
