Anyone think [name_f]Silvia[/name_f] will become really popular in the next few years? Scared of picking a name that ends up this way down the road!

I personally don’t think so. Yes I have seen it on a few people’s lists on -here- but everyone is so spread out that I don’t feel it reflects a greater pattern of increasing popularity for [name_f]Silvia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f].
