Future siblings for Oliver

Began daydreaming or namedreaming of future sibling names that would work well with my sons name, [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Jaxon[/name_m] [name_m]Wolfe[/name_m] (two middles) I love [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] or [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] for a girl, [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] for a boy, and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] for both. Problem is hubby hates the names I love! I like old fashioned or tradional first names, I like interesting middle names, and nature or word names a lot, he’s got more of a fantasy/sci fi geek name style. Any suggestions?

Also now I’m wondering should I give future children two middles also, or that two much? Have lately been considering dropping [name_m]Jaxon[/name_m] because with our last name it is ten syllables. Is that a mouthful!? nameberry’s I need your wisdom.

Sounds like we have similar DH issues when it comes to names! At some point I went so far as to type up a list entitled “Names We Both Like” which I’ve included below. He is the same as your DH in his dislike of any sort of “normal” names, they all must have some kind of movie or video game reference for him. Maybe you can find one or two from our list that you like and see what your DH thinks. Good luck!

Hubby is just an all around geek, loves GOT, video games, comics, mythology etc! He also loves Scandinavian names as well.

Some great ideas on here! My favorites for boys names are [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], [name_m]Vincent[/name_m], [name_m]Desmond[/name_m] and [name_u]Everett[/name_u], all sound very handsome with [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], I think DH would really like the name [name_m]Thane[/name_m]!

My favorites for girls are [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] ([name_u]Charlie[/name_u] would be a cute NN and sounds cute with [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]) and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f].
