I only know of [name]Gael[/name] as a male name said something like (guy-[name]EL[/name]).
[name_f]Love[/name_f] the name [name_f]Gail[/name_f], but please do not butcher it by spelling it [name_u]Gael[/name_u] - that just looks wrong, too masculine and is probably pronounced differently. [name_m]Just[/name_m] go with [name_f]Gail[/name_f], it’s a sweet name

[name_f]Gail[/name_f] is great on its own, but personally I prefer the spelling [name_f]Gail[/name_f] as compared to [name_u]Gael[/name_u] for a girl. Its sweet, pretty. The only nickname I can think of for a short name like this is ‘G.’
