Wow. I can almost never say this, but I really like them both just about equally. I voted for [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] as I prefer [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] slightly to [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], but I love [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] so it’s really a tough call.
maybe I’ll just be surprised with twin girls and get to use both names. that would be the easiest solution. JK! I love them both equally too. [name_m]Will[/name_m] just see what happens! hopefully the answer is clear when we meet her, though I doubt it. oh well, if that’s my biggest problem these days then I’m grateful I’m doing pretty well!

I actually like [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]. I know it wasn’t a choice but it’s very close and I like the flow of it.
I like [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] a lot more - [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] doesn’t sound overly appealing to me.
I voted for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] because I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] a lot more than [name_f]Gemma[/name_f].

I vote for gemma [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] sounds like an unpleasant verb, and not a name I’d like to have as my own, even in the middle spot. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and gemma are both pretty cute

I voted for [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. It’s very sweet and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is absolutely adorable. I like [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] well enough, but it sounds a lot like retch to me, which brings up unpleasant images. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] would be cute too!
I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] better, but I voted [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] because [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] G----way doesn’t flow as well as [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] G----way when I say them. (I’m using allo as the missing middle syllables for this purpose.)

I prefer [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] as a first name, and I prefer [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] as a mn so I voted for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f].
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is pretty, I just don’t love it as much.
I think [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] has more depth and history as a name than [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. I also think [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] sounds more friendly and approachable than [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. My vote goes to the [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] combo!

I’ve never been a huge fan of [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and I just adore [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. I do think [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] would make adorable sister names though so personally i’d probably go with [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] something else to keep [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] on the back burner if I was planning on having more children.

huh, hadn’t thought of [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] [name_f]Lucille[/name_f], but it is pretty cute! but DH thinks you can only go by your first name ( silly and frustrating) and so would need to be other way around, but I may at least throw it out there. I like the way it looks together.
OMG, just viewed poll results and there’s a difference of only 1% between the two. Almost a tie, exactly my problem. I love both names the same and depending on the time of day I think know which it will be but then the next moment I think the other. So hard!
