Gemma or Jenna?

Gemma is adorable! I really like [name_f]Jenna[/name_f], but its a little dated.

I like both, but [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is my favourite and I love the cute nickname [name_f]Gem[/name_f].

Neither are really my style, and both seem quite dated for me. Around where I live, [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] isn’t seen as cool or unusual, so I feel quite eh about it.

I like [name_f]Gemma[/name_f], but I may be a bit biased, negative personal association with a [name_f]Jen[/name_f] and a [name_f]Jenna[/name_f].

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

I absolutely prefer [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. It sounds soft & a little exotic. [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] just seems dated & not special to me.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Jemma is a really cute option I think! I love it right now. I have family members named [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] and [name_f]Jewel[/name_f] so it’s like a logical choice for me haha.

I love [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]! Jenna is nice too, but Gemma feels much more classic and timeless (I think it was the name of Dante’s wife?)

I personally prefer [name_f]Jenna[/name_f].

You are correct @Mary_Rose It was the name of [name_m]Dante[/name_m]’s wife which only makes me love it more!

Gemma

I like both, [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is cute with the gem part/meaning though, and [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] reminds me of 13 Going On 30 and I love that film and character, I also think [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] has a simple but sweet sound. I also like the name [name_f]Jemima[/name_f]

Ditto this. [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] feels very overused at the moment. [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] feels fresher to me.

Gemma is more well known in the UK, so to me [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] sounds fresher! Though I think I prefer the nicknames [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] can have

I prefer [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. [name_f]Jenna[/name_f] always makes me think of the porn star.
