riah sounds so cool! i love the name azariah which is given to both boys and girls so i feel like riah is gender neutral but doesn’t lean to far either way. i think it would sound lovely on a little boy!
I think i might pronounce it Ree-uh at first, but that’s easily corrected and knowing it’s origin, Ry-uh would my guess. I’d wonder if it was a name like [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_u]Jonah[/name_u], [name_u]Azariah[/name_u], or an alternative spelling to Rhea/Ria 
It makes me think of [name_m]Uriah[/name_m] and [name_f]Moriah[/name_f], so I think it works equally well for both sexes.
Hm… I think it does lean quite feminine, especially because I’ve seen it used several times as a nickname for [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. Also, the name [name_f]Raya[/name_f] (rye-uh) has been having a blip of popularity due to the recent [name_f]Disney[/name_f] movie.
