Genevieve

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is on my list. I like it, and I want to love it but I’m not sure I do.
What do you think?

Also, what is your favorite nickname to go with it?

~[name_f]Ginny[/name_f] (I don’t like [name_f]Genny[/name_f] or [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] or [name_f]Gen[/name_f], but I do like [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]. Too off or confusing?)

~[name_f]Evie[/name_f] (pretty popular for multiple names these days it seems)

~[name_f]Vivi[/name_f] (cute…I like it)

~[name_u]Penny[/name_u] (totally a stretch, but I think the name [name_u]Penny[/name_u] is super cute, and I am not a fan of [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] at all)

Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

I wouldn’t get [name_u]Penny[/name_u] from [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] but I like the full name and most of the nicknames well enough, the only one I’m not a fan of is [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] though I’m not sure why.

Agree with emelfem regarding [name_u]Penny[/name_u], I just don’t see it.

I love [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. My absolute favourite nickname for any [name_f]Gen[/name_f]/[name_f]Jen[/name_f] name is [name_f]Genie[/name_f] (as in, in a bottle). I feel like it has this lovely shiny, twinkly quality that only adds to the slightly grown up, sophisicated [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f].

[name_f]Vivi[/name_f] is adorable!

[name_f]Ginny[/name_f] is adorable, I love it!
