George or Oliver?

Trying to decide between the names [name_m]George[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] for our second son. Our first son’s name is [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. We like names that are classic, cute and a bit old - fashioned, yet not super common. Something that is cute for a baby but will also age well. Thanks!

I love [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] with [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. I think they are both classic and sound well together.

Completely biased as my son is [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m], but I’m Team [name_m]George[/name_m] for this one!

[name_m]George[/name_m]! It’s one of my absolute favorites. I’ve never been a big fan of [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].

I love both of these names… but I’m team [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]!

[name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] are such an awesome sibset! Bith are classic but kind of feel fresh. [name_m]George[/name_m] feels sort of frumpy to me and isn’t as handsome as either [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] or [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_f]IMO[/name_f].

I think [name_m]George[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] both sound wonderful with [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. My personal favorite is [name_m]George[/name_m].

Team [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]!

Both! [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] sounds so handsome and sweet

[name_m]Oliver[/name_m]! One of my many favorites! [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] sound divine together!

I love [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]George[/name_m] together! So royal and sophisticated.
I second a PP’s suggestion of [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. Very handsome!

Both [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]George[/name_m] sound really nice together. Since you want a name that is not super common I would personally suggest going with [name_m]George[/name_m] as it’s least common and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] seems to be rapidly gaining in popularity.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Henry[/name_m]! Both your choices sound lovely with it. I think [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] sounds a bit better but it’s top 20 in [name_f]Canada[/name_f] and going up, not sure about where you live. For that reason I would go with the classic, underused [name_m]George[/name_m].

I like both … It depends on your last name. IF both work equally well with the last name, I slightly prefer [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] with [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. It is less “[name_u]Royal[/name_u] Family” and each having an R toward the end makes for a nice parallel

[name_m]George[/name_m]! It’s been my top boys name for quite some time - I love it, and [name_m]George[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] sound divine!

i think [name_m]Henry[/name_m] & [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] are perfect together!

[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] all the way!

[name_m]Olivier[/name_m], I think. [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] is plain and makes me think of liver and onions.

Both names go well with [name_m]Henry[/name_m] but I prefer the spunky [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].

[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] for sure. I’ve just never been a fan of [name_m]George[/name_m] at all, though it seems to be a NB favorite. I love the nn [name_u]Ollie[/name_u]. I think [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_u]Ollie[/name_u] are great sib names!
