Georgia?

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] you’re not sick of me yet!!!

Mulling over another name to honour a relative… my grandfathers name was [name_m]George[/name_m], and on top of that there’s a St. [name_m]George[/name_m] (which we like, both [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] also are saint names).

What do you think of the name [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]?

[name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] as sisters?

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think they fit?

Is [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] completely unsexy?? (It kind of is to me… make me love it or hate it!!!)

I love [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]. I think it is awesome to honor your grandfather with [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]. I think she goes pretty well with [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. But I think [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] would fit perfectly (not that [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] isn’t a great fit, but [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] has an elegance to it that [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] have. [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] has the more friendly side of [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f], if that makes sense).
I have [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] on my middles list since my last name has [name_m]George[/name_m] in it, so I’d use it for honoring. And my first name is really similar to [name_f]Elena[/name_f] ([name_f]Eleni[/name_f]). I love [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], I think she’s so sweet and fun.
Good luck and congratulations!

[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is not unsexy/unattractive. To me, anyway. I think it’s adorable! If you would prefer something more feminine, maybe [name_f]Georgina[/name_f]? Either fits in with your sibset.

I like [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], I don’t think it is unattractive at all, but I also agree that unexpected [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] would be fantastic with [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. Good luck!

Well I think [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is totally wonderful and gorgeous.

[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] (is that too much in the US, I live in Australia)
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Fern[/name_f] so pretty and love the naturey theme.
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] Cecely
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]

I think [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] goes beautifully with [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. I do not feel that [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is unisex.

I have a relative already named [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Gina[/name_f]) so I don’t think we can go that route, and my hubby and I feel [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] just is a bit too much! But thank you for the suggestions and your feedback!!!

Too bad. I can see how [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] can be too much, and [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is lovely and beautiful in a different way. I love [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] and I would be so happy to meet sisters named [name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], & [name_f]Georgia[/name_f].

I prefer [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] over [name_f]Georgina[/name_f]. It does fit very nicely with [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]! [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is a classic name, and does have a slight masculine feel.

Here are other variations of [name_f]Georgia[/name_f].
[name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]- I prefer this over [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] personally. It also has different spellings and veriations:
[name_f]Georgianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgeanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgeanne[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgette[/name_f]- eh not so much.
[name_f]Georgetta[/name_f]- better than georgette, but still kinda unattractive.

I think we both cant stand any unnecessary letters so [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is probably the simplest option! We’ll see how a night of sleep affects our love of [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] lol but at least after googling images of different Georgias I feel good to see that there are some very hot [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]'s out there, and its an internationally appealing name like [name_f]Elena[/name_f] which is nice.

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]. I think it’s such a sweet, fun, feminine name. I agree that [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] is a little too much and I’m not as big of a fan of [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] or [name_f]Georgette[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] fits in perfectly with [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. All three are sweet names for little girls that will also grow with them well.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], and love all the reasons you love it!! Not sure how [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is unsexy … as strange as it seems to be saying this about a name for a baby, it actually seems very sexy to me. [name_m]George[/name_m] is a family name for us as well, so it’s on my list (if I can convince DH), but we also have a [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] in the family and I love that one too. It may not seem great on paper, but on a person, it’s so much better. However, I still love [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] and I love it with your other daughters’ names (which are also great).

Thank you for that!!! That helps me believe that [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] can be sexy lol I know that may be a weird concern for mothers but I just want all my kids to have names that are both professional and fun and appealing to the opposite gender!!!
