I am 21 weeks pregnant with a baby boy We have been thinking about names since before we even conceived and had no issues settling on [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] a long time ago (named after [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Newton[/name_m]) I’ve always known he would be a boy. The problem is with a middle name. I feel like i’ve heard every boys name in existence, and nothing feels right.
I just don’t know. We are completely stuck and I feel like we will never find the right name and it’s making me genuinely sad (hormones are making me feel worse probably) I’ve been actively thinking about names for nearly 2 years.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome at this point! Something quirky would be preferable considering [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] is such a classic name, but I am not ruling anything out at this point.
Places and things that mean something to us that we would love the name to relate to
[name_f]England[/name_f]
[name_u]Brazil[/name_u]
Airport (we first met in one waiting for different flights)
Pittsburgh
The moon
[name_m]Rivers[/name_m]
Bridges
Please help if you think you can Any suggestions are welcome however far fetched.
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]London[/name_u] (I know [name_u]London[/name_u] is typically used on girls, but I think it could work for a boy)
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Ben[/name_m]/[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] (Big [name_m]Ben[/name_m])
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Jett[/name_m] (jet/plane)

[name_m]Hi[/name_m],
I want to college near Pittsburgh; it’s such a great city. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I met at an airport too, incidentally. Here are some suggestions for you:
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Clemente[/name_m], after the bridge
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]River[/name_u], obvious connection
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]Rio[/name_u], river in the language of [name_u]Brazil[/name_u]
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Jett[/name_m], a nod to airports
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Bridger[/name_m], why not?
Pittsburgh International Airport. [name_f]My[/name_f] Husband loves [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]River[/name_u], and I love the name [name_u]River[/name_u], but it just isn’t my style. It’s a bit too hippyish to use on my own son.
This is a bit odd, but [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Hermes[/name_m]. He is, after all, the God of travelers, and therefore airports. (I love that idea, by the way, it’s really meaningful.) Besides, [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Hermes[/name_m] sounds really cool.
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] is one of my fave boy names and I love pairing it with [name_m]Raphael[/name_m].
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Raphael[/name_m]
other ideas
[name_m]Ace[/name_m] could be a cute nickname
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_f]Emerald[/name_f] ( some emeralds come from [name_u]Brazil[/name_u] )
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] ( means a caretaker of horses if horses have any sentimental value )
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]River[/name_u] sounds handsome to me
or maybe [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]River[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] ( [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] [name_u]River[/name_u] )
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] with middles based on places in [name_f]England[/name_f]
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_f]Brighton[/name_f]
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Bradford[/name_m] [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Ford[/name_m] could also work
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]London[/name_u]
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]Devon[/name_u] ( and [name_u]Devon[/name_u] means poetic if this helps )
