Ginny for Geneva?

I love both the names [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] and [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], and I was wondering if you think [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] could be a nickname for [name_f]Geneva[/name_f]. Let me know your thoughts!

I think it’s fine. [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]'s not an uncommon nickname for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], and I think [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] works at least as well.

I love [name_f]Ginny[/name_f]! It might not be the first nickname that comes to mind for [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] ([name_f]Gen[/name_f] or [name_f]Eva[/name_f] are more intuitive), but it’s still plausible…and totally cute! I’d do it.
