It’s a bra company.
As in [name_f]Bali[/name_f], Indonesia? I don’t like it, for me it is too tied with the place for me to like it as a name
My first thought was the place [name_f]Bali[/name_f] in Indonesia. However, I chose “it’s growing on me” because there are some craazy names out there these days, so [name_f]Bali[/name_f] doesn’t seem too far out there by comparison. Not my favorite, but definitely not the worst I’ve heard.
Lol, I know this is an accent thing but I just thought of pronouncing [name_f]Bali[/name_f] like ‘bolly’ and it made me laugh.
[name_f]Bali[/name_f] is a place, therefore I can’t see it as a name.
This is pretty much how I feel about all place names. Unless it is highly significant to your life or your family, I wouldn’t use it.
Sounds too much like ballsy to me…
I’m just gonna repeat what everyone said : if it’s a significant place for you, then I say use it. Otherwise, I think it’s too linked to the place.
I love it!
Bolly? Are you serious, In [name_f]Bali[/name_f] Itself it’s pronounced Ba-lee. In Australia the UK its pronounced [name_m]Barley[/name_m].
Who would call their kid Bolly.
:L
Probably closer to ‘BAH-lee’ but yeah, almost.
As a name, it would sound like you were saying [name_f]Molly[/name_f] with a cold. Not a fan.
I like [name_f]Bali[/name_f]… as a place. As a name? Not so much. I live way closer to [name_f]Bali[/name_f] than most of you guys, and when I see this thread, I… couldn’t believe someone is actually considering [name_f]Bali[/name_f] as a name.
