There are a lot of names running around my mind
Personally, I think the spelling of the name [name_f]Livvie[/name_f] is a tad unnecessary. [name_f]Livie[/name_f] looks cleaner and less childish. Also, I hate to say it, but I don’t think [name_f]Livvie[/name_f] sounds good with your last name. It’s too V heavy.
As for middles, I really love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. [name_f]Paige[/name_f] is nice, but I think it lacks the substance and history that [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] has.
In any case, if you’re open to suggestions, here are some I thought you might like:

I get you! I adore [name_f]Liv[/name_f], but really dislike [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
I don’t find the flow of [name_f]Livvie[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] to be too bad, if it has more meaning, go for it!
I personally like the sound of [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Liv[/name_f].
I agree about the spelling and surname. And also I agree that [name_f]Liv[/name_f] and [name_f]Livie[/name_f] are much nicer than [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], but it might make more sense to use a longer formal name that is easier to say with the surname and [name_f]Livvie[/name_f]/[name_f]Livie[/name_f] as an everyday name. Maybe [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] Vivar? It doesn’t repeat any sounds and adds some letters between the Vs.
[name_f]Liv[/name_f] is my favorite girl name, as I don’t like [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] either and love the nn [name_f]Livie[/name_f]. I agree with others about the double v if you are going to use it as a first. I also think you could get [name_f]Livie[/name_f] with names like: [name_f]Olive[/name_f], [name_f]Livia[/name_f], [name_f]Alivia[/name_f]… or just plain [name_f]Liv[/name_f] 
But if you are really in love with [name_f]Livie[/name_f] as a first, then go for it! It’s still a beautiful name.
I personally think you should go with [name_f]Liv[/name_f] and call her [name_f]Livie[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] because [name_f]Liv[/name_f] is a good name through all stages of life where [name_f]Livie[/name_f] might not work out so well in the adult world. But if [name_f]Livie[/name_f] is a name you are dead set on then you should use it.
I’m really sorry but I just don’t think [name_f]Livvie[/name_f] (or [name_f]Livie[/name_f], or [name_f]Liv[/name_f]) really works with the last name Vivar. It just sounds like a smoosh of V sounds to me: “livivivar”.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] though - would you consider that as a first name? [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Liv[/name_f]/[name_f]Livvie[/name_f] would work nicely, and I don’t think the V sounds are as big of a deal in the middle.
