I love your list! Some thoughts:
Molly–I love this name–simple but energetic, friendly, and sweet. But if your daughter and cousin [name_u]Ollie[/name_u] will be spending a lot of time together, I do think it’s a little close.
Rosie–Oh, [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is just the sweetest! This is one of my favorite nickname-names that I think can stand beautifully on its own. The only reason I could see the colleagues being a problem at all would be if it’s indicative of the name being very popular in your area, and if that would bother you. Otherwise, I don’t see the colleagues as an issue since your baby probably won’t interact with them much!
Emmy–I don’t think [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] is too cutesy, but if you’re worried about it, it would be a perfect nickname for [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]!
Elsie–This seems to be the only one you don’t have any concerns about, and I have to say, I agree! I love this one and honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it.
Georgia–[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] is lovely, but it does sound like in this case it might not be the right choice. On the bright side, skipping this one would mean you could still use [name_m]George[/name_m] for a possible future son!
Charlotte–[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name; maybe talk to your sister and see how she feels about it if you’d really like to use it?
Emilia–I don’t think of this as an unconventional spelling, just a different name! That said, I do think it might sometimes get mistaken for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], but that’s easy enough to correct. And you could use [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] as a nickname!
I think overall my vote would be for [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] or [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], with [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] as a close runner-up!
