What do ya’ll think? Please let me know! We need some feedback! Our last name is [name]Johnson[/name], and since [name]Johnson[/name] is so common we’d like something unique but not crazy!
A friend just named his daughter [name]Shelby[/name] [name]Ann[/name]. His other dd is [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Grace[/name] in case you like that too.
I’ve read online that [name]Brynn[/name] is trendy but I work at an elementry school and the only [name]Brynn[/name] I know is in college. [name]Brynn[/name] to me is classy.
[name]Shelby[/name] sounds spunky, reminds me of the car.
[name]Tessa[/name] & Avilyn are girly cute.
Can you guys think of a different middle name for [name]Tessa[/name] other than [name]Grace[/name]?
We love the middle names [name]Ann[/name] & [name]Margaret[/name] for the other names as they are family names but I don’t think they fit [name]Tessa[/name].
What about [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Claire[/name], or [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Lucille[/name] (meaning harvester of light)? [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Christine[/name]?
Shelby Ann is sweet and pretty but with Johnson it just kind of blends into the woodwork.
Tessa is very pretty tho. I met the sweetest little 4 year old Tessa recently and everyone I was with remarked on her pretty name.
It’s yr baby but I would stay away from Grace as a middle. It is right up there with Rose as the most overused and now banal middle name ever.
Tessa Margaret is nice. And I second Tessa Lucille. Tessa Caroline is pretty too.

Sydney is boring to me, frankly. It was all the rage 10 or 15 years ago and now it sounds like a once-trendy name that is now played out. That’s my honest opinion. And Grace as a middle is blah. Now Grace as a first, tho popular, I quite like.
I think with your last name if you’re looking for something striking Sydney is not it.
Tessa hits that sweet spot of names that are just a tad unexpected without being weird.
