[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I think that if [name_m]Landon[/name_m]’s little sister has an ‘L’ name that would be fine. I think that if her name ends in an ‘n’ , that would be fine too. But another ‘L’ starting ‘n’ ending name may be a little repetitive.
Here are my thoughts on your list:
[name_u]Paisley[/name_u]-This is honestly not my favorite. I don’t know why…it just doesn’t sound pretty to me. It’s really popular too. That may not bother you.
[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f]-This is a bit trendy for my taste, but I don’t hate the sound of it. I’d at least spell it [name_u]Everly[/name_u]. That just seems easier & sleeker.
[name_f]Aleigha[/name_f]-This spelling is kind of too much. I don’t know the answer though…I guess [name_f]Aaliyah[/name_f]? It has a pleasant sound, but seems sort of exotic next to [name_m]Landon[/name_m]. I personally like [name_u]Eliya[/name_u] quite a bit.
[name_f]Kinsley[/name_f]-Meh, I don’t much care for this one. It just doesn’t have that nice of a sound in my opinion. And it’s just awfully trendy. Doesn’t have a lot of roots.
[name_f]Lauren[/name_f]-This is nice enough & fits the style of [name_m]Landon[/name_m]. I think it’s too close though, don’t you? [name_m]Landon[/name_m] & [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] just seem to match-y. Maybe [name_f]Laura[/name_f] or [name_f]Laurel[/name_f]? [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f]?
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]-Ooh, lovely. A solid classic with a ton of cute nn options. [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Elsie[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_f]Tess[/name_f], [name_f]Bess[/name_f], [name_f]Bette[/name_f], etc.
[name_f]Ella[/name_f]-I like this a lot. Sweet, simple & elegant. Kind of popular, but they may not bother you. I like it as a nn too for [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f], [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], [name_f]Eloisa[/name_f], [name_f]Estella[/name_f] or Miriella.
[name_f]Liliana[/name_f]-Beautiful! It’s fancy but not too fancy. [name_m]Landon[/name_m] & [name_f]Lili[/name_f] are sweet together.
[name_f]Lilah[/name_f] or [name_f]Lylah[/name_f] (but a cousin’s daughter has this spelling)-[name_m]How[/name_m] close are you with the cousin? Dh has such a huge family, that I’ve given up on crossing names off of my list because a cousin who we never see has used it. I really like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] a lot, but [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] is too good. [name_f]Lylah[/name_f] looks off.
[name_f]Liana[/name_f] or [name_f]Leanna[/name_f]-I think that [name_f]Liana[/name_f] should be said ‘ah-nuh’ & [name_f]Leanna[/name_f] ‘anne-uh’. I prefer the former. It’s nice & different.
I love [name_f]Emma[/name_f] but a girl I know used that so was looking at [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] or [name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f]-[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is more interesting than [name_f]Emma[/name_f] anyway. [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is a great name, but I’m not surprised that you know somebody that used it. It’s super common. [name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f] seems sort of made-up-y, but [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is pretty in my opinion.
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] (but someone I know used that)-Yeah…I hear this often . Beautiful name though.
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f]-Ooh, that’s a good alternative. Not too close to [name_f]Emma[/name_f], unless the little [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is someone that your daughter will be around a lot.
I love [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] but someone I know used that and also friends of ours name their daughter [name_f]Elanor[/name_f] and call her [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]-Aw, [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] is pretty. [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is a good alternative though.
