I found out this week that I’m expecting our first baby!! My husband is already annoyed at how much I want to talk about names, so I’m gonna divert some of that energy here 
I would love some ideas for girl names! Anything that comes to mind is appreciated!
Names we (mostly) agree on:
Johanna (pronounced with the Y sound)
Mary
Helen / Helena - I prefer Helen, he prefers Helena
Greta - except we can’t use since the “gr” is had for my husband to say
Names I like: Laura, Margaret, Eileen, Lydia, Caroline
Names he likes: Linda, Augustana (a very name nerdy choice for him but I am not a fan)
We can’t use names with certain consonant clusters because my husband has a stutter & he doesn’t want the baby’s name to be difficult for him to say. Sound to avoid include GR, BR, FR, TR, DR, PR, and ST.
Middle name will probably be either Marie or Ruth (unless we go with Mary).
Last name is pronounced “Ball Stirs”

Thank you for the suggestions! I like [name_f]Teresa[/name_f] nn [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] but my mom’s name is [name_f]Terese[/name_f] & she hates when people misspell it as Teresa/Theresa (which happens all the time). I think she’d prefer to be honored with her middle name (Marie).
