If [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] was going to be nicknamed [name_f]Tasha[/name_f], I’d have chosen that; otherwise I’d go w/[name_f]Vanessa[/name_f].
I love so many of these names! My favorite is [name_f]Nellie[/name_f], but [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] is a close second.
Either [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] or [name_f]Nellie[/name_f]!
Also love [name_f]Nala[/name_f] but prefer it as a nickname for something.

[name_f]Nala[/name_f] - feels like a dog name, I’ve never met a person named [name_f]Nala[/name_f] but it’s still pretty

[name_f]Nala[/name_f]- does make think of the [name_m]Lion[/name_m] [name_m]King[/name_m], but that’s not a bad thing. I like it probably my favorite.
[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] is my 2nd favorite. Really bored with [name_f]Anna[/name_f] as a nn but I do like the full name, [name_f]Stasia[/name_f] and [name_f]Zsa[/name_f] [name_f]Zsa[/name_f]- plus I am just one person, if you like [name_f]Anna[/name_f] go for it.
[name_f]Nellie[/name_f], I like the name; I just find it slightly nicknamey compared to everything else
[name_f]Gabriella[/name_f]- it’s just not for me. I [name_f]DO[/name_f] see the appeal!
[name_f]Vanessa[/name_f]- you know I know people who were born in the late 60/70 with this and I do like a lot of names from that era, [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f] just still feels dated to me.
I really like [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] and [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Anna[/name_f] for [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], also Taisy and [name_f]Tansy[/name_f]. I’d just love to see the beautiful full name often used though. I’m not keen on [name_f]Bella[/name_f], so for me [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] it its the full name or [name_u]Gabby[/name_u] or [name_f]Ella[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Nellie[/name_f].

My thoughts:
[name_f]Nala[/name_f]-I only can see this on the lion in The [name_m]Lion[/name_m] [name_m]King[/name_m]. Seems like it’d be better for a pet.
[name_f]Nellie[/name_f] - I love it! My favorite from the list, but prefer it as a nn. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f], [name_f]Ellen[/name_f], [name_f]Cornelia[/name_f], [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] has such old fashioned charm, but is simple & spunky to fit in today.
[name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] ([name_u]Gabby[/name_u]/[name_f]Bella[/name_f]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f]) -Meh, this is a bit overdone in the last 20 years. I do love [name_f]Ella[/name_f]. I like it as a nn for something fresher like [name_f]Estella[/name_f], [name_f]Eloisa[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] or Miriella.
[name_f]Vanessa[/name_f] -Not bad. Seems a little dated.
[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] ([name_f]Anna[/name_f])-I don’t think that I care for [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]. It just seems strongly association with the story of her whole family being killed. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is nice on its own, or a nn for [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Annabella[/name_f], [name_f]Susanna[/name_f].

[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]! I once taught a girl name [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], and it was a refreshing change from what I usually see. She was called [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], no nicknames. Everyone loved her name.
