I like [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]. [name_f]Opal[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] are lovely as middle names, but they’re a little too adventurous as firsts, in my personal opinion.
I Like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Hara[/name_f]) [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
Really I think [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], even [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] are all too ‘twinset’ with [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]. Sorry!
I would prefer a name that is not a feminisation of a male name for you twin daughter - [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f].
but am not getting your style.
The only two that do not sound right with the rest of the names you have chosen are [name_f]Opal[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u]. You really cannot go wrong with any of the others! My favourite would be:
I agree with abca, [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]…you can’t go wrong here! I would suggest if you like [name_f]Willa[/name_f], use [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f], as [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is a nn. One of many nicknames of which my fave is [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]. Got to love a name that has so many cute nn!
Also like the variation [name_f]Williamina[/name_f] a little more, but again just a personal preference.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] I like best when I’ve seen it used as a nn for [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]. Otherwise [name_f]Opal[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] are middles to me.
But that’s just my thinking.
Beautiful list!
My favourite is [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] it’s very elegant with a sweet wholesome sound. I also love the nicknames surrounding [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] such as [name_u]Josie[/name_u], [name_f]Posey[/name_f], Sephy, [name_u]Jojo[/name_u] etc. I think [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] sounds great with [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]. As [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] initials are going to be TJ I think JT would be good initials for the second twin to tie them together.
I also love for [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]'s twin [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] ([name_f]Hattie[/name_f]), [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] ([name_f]Willa[/name_f]), and [name_f]Edith[/name_f] ([name_f]Edie[/name_f]) but [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] ([name_u]Josie[/name_u]) just seems to work better with [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]. I love [name_f]Opal[/name_f] & [name_u]Wren[/name_u] as middle names but I think as firsts names they seem to different stylistically from [name_m]Thomas[/name_m].
I like [name_f]Willa[/name_f]! My sister has [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] selected for a baby boy for girls they like [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f].
It seems like you are going for some classic names! The only choices that truly catche my eye, though, are [name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. Here are some suggestions
