Hello berries! (I’ve posted this over in the Writer’s Corner but am not getting many hits over there, I was hoping you all could help!)
MC’s name is [name]Niall[/name] (the river [name]Nile[/name] pronunciation).
He is Irish (as most of you probably guessed), but his girlfriend is English, with the surname [name]Lowry[/name] or Andrews.
I have been racking my brain for days and spending many hours straight on baby names sites and have gotten absolutely nowhere but frustrated! XD I can’t seem to find anything even remotely normal that flows with [name]Niall[/name].
Anything with “l”, “n” or a hard “i” sound just doesn’t seem to work. I also don’t want to stick her with an exotic name that no one’s ever heard of. Names like [name]Dawn[/name], [name]Lily[/name], and [name]Blythe[/name] clash.
Any ideas?
