[name]Hi[/name] ladies! Ok so here’s my question: what are the girliest girl names you have ever heard? Beautiful. Feminine. Stunning!
I love [name]Evangeline[/name], [name]Arabella[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Sophronia[/name]…things like that. I would love have the option of the nickname [name]Elle[/name] for one daughter, and I think my favorite option so far is [name]Arabella[/name] but I am open open open to suggestions! :)))
[name]Gwendolyn[/name] could sort of give you [name]Elle[/name], it’s not too much of a stretch. I just came across Wendelyn, which does seem made up, but it is very girly.
[name]Evangeline[/name] and [name]Arabella[/name] would be so cute! Especially if you called them [name]Evie[/name] and [name]Elle[/name]. [name]Genevieve[/name] is very pretty.
I also adore the name [name]Angelica[/name]. I think it goes well with the others. [name]Annabelle[/name] or [name]Gabriella[/name] would be cute too. They are some of my favorite girly names.
[name]EDIT[/name]: I want to second [name]Alessia[/name] and add Aurorette (not on nameberry but I think it’s cute)
[name]Arabella[/name] is definitely the most feminine name I can think of, and actually like! I think [name]Cecilia[/name] is also quite feminine and lovely with [name]Arabella[/name]!
I know countless [name]Elle[/name]'s and Evies. A fresh alternative to [name]Elle[/name]/ella is etta. What about [name]Violetta[/name] nn [name]Etta[/name]? Or [name]Araceli[/name] nn [name]Ciel[/name]?
[name]Just[/name] wanted to add that I love [name]Cassandra[/name]! I think [name]Cassandra[/name] and [name]Sophia[/name] pair nicely, or [name]Cassandra[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name], or [name]Helena[/name] and [name]Lydia[/name]…
Another (Shakespearean) pair you might like is [name]Miranda[/name] and [name]Juliet[/name]! [name]Both[/name] are very feminine, yet they have different sounds. Perfect for twins, if I - a twin - must say so myself.
Oh I love so many of these! [name]Valentina[/name], [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Vivienne[/name] (fab spelling!!), [name]Mirabelle[/name]!, too good <3, [name]Anastasia[/name]. I also thought of [name]Antoinette[/name] and calling her [name]Etta[/name].
Middle names would be [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Isabel[/name] after both great grandmothers. We use two middle names though so I have lots of room to play with
And I just adore [name]Seraphina[/name], but I feel like I should keep clear of this one given the [name]Jennifer[/name]/[name]Ben[/name] effect, and now with the growing popularity of [name]Violet[/name] from their first daughter.
Although [name]Vivienne[/name] could gain steam bc of [name]Jolie[/name]-[name]Pitt[/name]… things to think about I guess.
You know, a few of the names I’ve seen on here are mythological twins as well as girly names. That could be an interesting twist.
[name]Cassandra[/name] - Trojan prophetess and twin of Helenus
[name]Helena[/name] - [name]Helen[/name] not only had the face that launched a thousand ships (against [name]Troy[/name]), but she was twins with Klytemnestra (I wouldn’t recommend Klytemnestra as a name though because she has a rather unsavory back story)
[name]Cassandra[/name] would get you the nn [name]Cass[/name], [name]Cassie[/name] or [name]Sandy[/name] while [name]Helena[/name] could get you [name]Nell[/name], which sounds a lot like [name]Elle[/name], but is not so outrageously popular among the infant set.
