Ten years have passed.
All the girls are now 28.
This round, we’re rolling to see how those dream jobs worked out, and how their relationships/families are going. You can also optionally roll for new pets. The dice roll link: Roll a Die
First, roll a two-sided die (or flip a coin) for each girl to see how her dream job is going.
1/heads: It’s going amazing! She has found great success in her chosen career.
2/tails: It did not work out. (What happened? What is she doing instead? This can be as realistic or crazy as you want.)
For each girl who was in a relationship last time, roll a six-sided die see what happened with her and her partner.
1: Married
2: Engaged or Still Dating (you decide!)
3-6: Broke Up
For each girl who is single (that includes both those who broke up with their last partner as well as those who haven’t had one yet) roll a four-sided die for their relationship status:
1 - married
2 - dating
3 - single
4 - engaged
All new partners need a name. Roll a six-sided die for the first and middle names of each partner:
1 - a name from the top 100 in 2023 (US)
2 - an international name
3 - a word name
4 - a biblical name
5 - a name you love and can’t use
6 - a surname name
The partner’s last name is from this generator: Last Name Generator (you can generate from any language you want or just go random)
You can also add children for any couple that is currently together, if you want. Roll a six-sided die to see how many (more can be added in the next round):
1 - 0 children
2 - 1 child
3 - 1 child
4 - 2 children
5 - 2 children
6 - 3 children
For each child, roll a two-sided die for gender:
1 - boy
2 - girl
And roll a six-sided die for the children’s names:
1 - a name from the top 100 in 2023 (US)
2 - an international name
3 - a word name
4 - a biblical name
5 - a name you love and can’t use
6 - a surname name
Optional: adding new pets:
You can add another pet even if they still have the pet from the previous round. (Whether or not they still have that pet is up to you).
Roll a two-sided die to see if they’re getting a pet this round.
1/heads: Yes
2/tails: No
Roll a four-sided die to see what kind:
- A dog - named from the list Celebrity Dog Names | Nameberry
- A cat - named from the list Food Names for Cats | Nameberry
- A mammal that isn’t a dog or cat - named from the list Horse Names | Nameberry
- A non-mammal (bird, reptile, fish, etc) - named from the list California Desert Names | Nameberry
