Hey everyone! A little while back I posted about boy’s names for our LO due in [name_u]January[/name_u] (we didn’t know it was a boy then but do now!:blue_heart:) we had a few names we kind of liked but couldn’t agree on any and ultimately scratched them to make new lists. These are not necessarily the FINAL four, but seem to be the ones we both like the most and could see ourselves naming our baby one of these.

I thought it would be fun if you left a few emojis to visually describe how each name makes you feel, and if not feel free to use a few words instead!

The names in alphabet order and why we personally are considering them:

[name_u]August[/name_u]: in honor of his abuelo [name_m]Augustin[/name_m], and I love the fall imagery it evokes for me.

[name_u]Beckham[/name_u]: husband is a huge DB fan, but it’s not necessarily in honor of him, we just both happen to also love the name. the famous association does not bother us. it’s more modern than my normal style, but to me it feels classic in sound like [name_u]Callum[/name_u] or [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u].

[name_u]Julian[/name_u]: I love this name just for its sound, he likes it too but maybe not as much as I do.

[name_m]Sergio[/name_m]: DH is a [name_m]Sergio[/name_m] Aguero fan, not as famous as [name_u]David[/name_u] [name_u]Beckham[/name_u] but again the association doesn’t bother us. We both love this name and the nicknames Ser and [name_u]Gio[/name_u].

[name_u]August[/name_u]: the name of my great grandfather. A rather typical grandfather name in my country (EU). It’s giving cozy and warm. :blush:

[name_u]Beckham[/name_u]: something preppy and ‘cool’ about this one. I find this surnames as first’s rather trendy tho. :rugby_football::badminton::anchor:

[name_u]Julian[/name_u]: always thought this is a romantic cortagecore- prince type of name, but Im in [name_u]France[/name_u] rn and this name is literally everywhere so apparently it’s super basic :smiling_face_with_tear:. But I stick to my original feelings - :ear_of_rice::ice_cream::dove:

[name_m]Sergio[/name_m]: old money vibes. Elegant, strong, confident and successful energy. That type of man who would tango with you :motor_boat::clinking_glasses::helicopter:

August :fallen_leaf::sunflower::evergreen_tree: – Outdoorsy, classic, and boyish.

Beckham :mantelpiece_clock::books::teddy_bear: – Preppy and bookish. Not sure why, but it has an American sound to me.

Julian :crown::grapes::european_castle: – This name has always sounded very fancy and sophisticated to me.

Sergio :sun_with_face::wilted_flower::black_heart: – International and romantic. (Sorry, @rosajune, my edit with Sergio didn’t save at first! Hopefully it works this time!
