It wasn’t our design, but our family initials have turned out to be H,I,J…and L. Now that we’re expecting again, do we fill in the K slot?
Somehow I’m picturing a future family photo with everyone holding their initial! Give me your ‘K’ names - either gender, please! [name_m]Ian[/name_m] and [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] are the siblings so far.
I would only do it if you can find a K name you like. The K names on my list are [name_m]Kian[/name_m] for a boy and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] for a girl. I think [name_m]Kian[/name_m] [name_u]Andre[/name_u] is awesome.
I’m partial to [name_f]Katharine[/name_f] for a girl and [name_u]Kieran[/name_u] for a boy. [name_m]Ian[/name_m], [name_u]Kieran[/name_u], and [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] or [name_m]Ian[/name_m], [name_f]Katharine[/name_f], and [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]. I know that [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] is the Welsh version of [name_m]Louis[/name_m] and I think [name_m]Ian[/name_m] is the Welsh version of [name_m]John[/name_m]. I think [name_u]Kieran[/name_u] is Irish but it sounds great with [name_m]Ian[/name_m] and [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]. I’m partial to [name_f]Katharine[/name_f] with the A in the center since it’s how my name is spelled. I’ve been told it’s an older, more traditional spelling of the name. I go by [name_f]Katie[/name_f] to my family and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] to my friends.
With [name_m]Ian[/name_m] and [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]…
For the boys:
[name_u]Kieran[/name_u]
[name_m]Kellan[/name_m]
[name_m]Kelvin[/name_m]
For the girls:
[name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]
[name_f]Kyla[/name_f]
[name_f]Karina[/name_f]
We know a family with I,J,(Parents) and K (g) L,M (twins, g/g) and N(g)! They has K then picked L for one of the twins and someone noticed the Alphabet Thing - The found an M name for other twin then when little surprise came along, there was an N they adored.

[name_f]Ketzia[/name_f]
[name_f]Keila[/name_f]/[name_f]Kayla[/name_f] (I think [name_f]Kayla[/name_f] is the most popular but [name_f]Kaila[/name_f]/[name_f]Keila[/name_f] more historic…?)
[name_f]Katia[/name_f]
[name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]

I guess [name_u]Keenan[/name_u] and [name_u]Kieran[/name_u] are all right but I really prefer the C forms.
