[name]Adria[/name] - I like this and think it works pretty well. [name]Adrienne[/name] might work better just because it’s more familiar, and more French with [name]Charlotte[/name]. This is rarer, but still not too rare.
[name]Ayla[/name] - this is pretty but I think too modern with [name]Connor[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name]. [name]Isla[/name]? I like [name]Isla[/name] with [name]Connor[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name]. [name]Layla[/name] would too.
[name]Aria[/name] -I like this and it works OK but I think some of your others work better.
Ayda - If you’re going to use this, spell it [name]Ada[/name], it’s much easier. [name]Ada[/name] sort of works. It works pretty well with [name]Charlotte[/name] but is kind of very vintage next to [name]Connor[/name]. [name]Adeline[/name] works better. Or [name]Adele[/name].
[name]Claudia[/name] - I like this name, but you are really locking yourself into a C thing with it, so I advise against it. [name]Lydia[/name]?
[name]Bridget[/name] - I like it, it shares the Irishness with [name]Connor[/name] and the -t with [name]Charlotte[/name]. You could use it, but I do think it’s a bit of a -t pattern for the girls, if it bothers you (but then you’d always have the option of Irishness, Frenchness, or letter C or SH sound to tie in a future baby, or an -er/-or ending for that matter. So it hardly locks you in in an unmanageable way).
[name]Keira[/name] (maybe [name]Ceira[/name] but I think pronounciation will be a problem) - I like it and would recommend the K spelling for sure. I think this name is a little tricky to spell no matter how you do it. It fits better with [name]Connor[/name] than with [name]Charlotte[/name].
[name]Skyla[/name] - I like it but I think it would get heard as [name]Skyler[/name] a bit. It doesn’t seem the most natural fit with [name]Connor[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name].
[name]Sonia[/name]/[name]Sonya[/name] - I like it but it’s definitely a totally different direction, although that’s OK. There’s ON overlap with [name]Conner[/name]. People might pronounce it both So-nya and Sah-nya, are you OK with that?
[name]Vivian[/name] - I love it and think it fits really well! [name]Vivienne[/name] would make it more French to match [name]Charlotte[/name], but [name]Vivian[/name] is also nice (actually my personally preferred spelling).
OK, so I recommend you consider [name]Adrienne[/name], [name]Isla[/name], [name]Ada[/name], [name]Adeline[/name], [name]Adele[/name], [name]Layla[/name], [name]Lydia[/name], and [name]Vivienne[/name] in addition to this list. From your list I most strongly endorse [name]Adria[/name] and [name]Vivian[/name] and only really want to steer you away from [name]Ayla[/name] and Ayda.
ETA: Oh and I kind of advise against [name]Claudia[/name] but have a hard time doing so because I like it so much : D. There’s also [name]Cecilia[/name] for another classic name that has a C but is pronounced with a distinct first sound than [name]Connor[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name]. Still kind of locking in the C though a bit. I recommend [name]Cecilia[/name] over [name]Claudia[/name], personally.
Good luck!
