Maybe you like some of these?
[name]Charles[/name]: This is my favorite to go with [name]Grace[/name]. They’re both very distinguished, imo.
[name]Frederick[/name]: I like that it isn’t particularly popular, and it does have that old world, European feel. Possibly because it has been the chosen name a few monarchs.
Felix: I like Felix, honestly. It’s a little offbeat, a little antique, and it sounds relatively okay with Grace.
[name]Henry[/name]: Definitely making a comeback. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Some people like popular names. The 1930’s dust bowl comes to mind for me. And also my pawpaw, as this was his name.
[name]Jasper[/name]: Also makes me think of the dust bowl era in the south west. I really love this name. I don’t think it particularly goes with [name]Grace[/name] though.
Judah: Another nameberry favorite. It’s vintage, which is what I think everyone likes so much about it. I like the Jude variation, myself.
[name]Leopold[/name]: Comes with the cute nn “[name]Leo[/name]” which everybody seems to love, but is more playful than [name]Grace[/name] in sound. [name]Leopold[/name] is as distinguished, though. I’m not sure if it’s a deal breaker with you if a name doesn’t flow well with your daughter’s.
[name]Robert[/name]: You may like this one? It’s along the same lines as [name]Callum[/name] imo.
[name]Rupert[/name]: [name]Rupert[/name] & [name]Grace[/name] sound cute together. When I say them out loud, it makes me think of a cute cartoon show or something for some, odd reason.
[name]Victor[/name]: I like the sort of hard sound that’s going on with this one. I also like the nn “[name]Vic[/name]” It’s just something different, since you’re unsure of which direction to take.
[name]William[/name]: Another name that’s very classic and goes well with [name]Grace[/name], although you said you don’t like the traditional. [name]How[/name] about [name]Willem[/name] as a substitute for this one?
They’re from the nameberry [name]Royal[/name] Names For Boys and Antique Names Ready for Restoration lists. I think some of them are classic, but not really heard often anymore, and some are making a comeback in popularity (if only with berries. hehe) I hope my commentary gives you a little more of an idea of what you like and don’t like. If you want something completely different, or similar to these. I think it helps when you’re getting input instead of just looking at a list someone gives you. Sometimes, your perspective may change. I’d definitely suggest going through nameberry’s lists anyway. You might find something that sticks out to you.
