I love the nickname [name]Goldie[/name]. Could the fn be [name]Marigold[/name] or [name]Golda[/name]? What do you think?
The first name could definitely be [name]Golda[/name] or [name]Marigold[/name]. You could also use [name]Goldarina[/name] or [name]Goldarine[/name]. [name]Goldie[/name] sounds pretty- maybe a little goldfish-like, but still really cute for a little girl.
Either! I love both.
My husband and I were all about [name]Marigold[/name] & I wish I didn’t let my grandmother’s super harsh criticism stop us!
I think [name]Golda[/name] is stronger & ages better & has more heft to it.
[name]Marigold[/name] is a little airier & sweeter & has a spirited/creative vibe.
I definitely think that [name]Goldie[/name] works as a nickname for [name]Marigold[/name] and [name]Golda[/name]! I like all of those names a lot. Honestly, it might not be substantial enough for some people, but I don’t really mind [name]Goldie[/name] as a full name. It’s [name]Goldie[/name] Hawn’s actual first name, and actress [name]Ione[/name] [name]Sky[/name] and singer [name]Ben[/name] [name]Lee[/name] have a daughter together whose first name is [name]Goldie[/name]. I know that it’s sort of on the borderline, but I think it works.
