What are your honest thoughts on [name_f]Goldie[/name_f]? I’ve been thinking about it a lot recently with the combo [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] but is [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] too weird?
I love it. It’s the perfect amount of “weird” (uncommon), cute, and spunky. I think [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is beautiful!

Personally I prefer it as a nn for [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], but [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] has a good flow.

I think it’s really sweet! I personally prefer it as a nn (for [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] in particular), but I do think it is useable by itself. [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is nice.

goldie is great! as @elliewilbury said, I love it as a nickname for [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], but honestly I could see [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] on its own! [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is also wonderful.

I always think of [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] Hawn (the actress). But that’s a cute combo with a good flow!

@MargotAbeline I would say overall a good association! She had [name_m]Kurt[/name_m] [name_m]Russell[/name_m] have been together as a couple for a very long time and I haven’t heard of any scandals she’s been involved in. She mostly did romcoms.

Goldie for a little girl feels super sweet and whimsical, I think of sunflower fields and sunny days. [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] on a woman, however, gives me more elegant vibes. In my mind she is confident and charismatic and a great singer, similar to the image I get when I think of [name_f]Queenie[/name_f].
I like [name_u]Golden[/name_u] as a strong full name option, but I think [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] works fine on its own too. [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is a lovely combo. You didn’t ask for suggestions but I saw [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] mentioned earlier and I’d like to throw in [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], or [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f]?
