We’re TTC right now and Flora has suddenly become a hot contender if we have a girl.

I’d always thought we’d use an honour middle and, therefore, go with something unusual but usable for a first. Now that we’re honouring a family member (Florence) with the first name, I’m thinking we could go super adventurous in the middle!

What are your personal favourite GPs that you could see as a middle name for Flora?

@norin Aww, [name_m]Bear[/name_m] and [name_u]Boo[/name_u] would be cute as second middle names but I think I want something a little more substantial in the middle given we have a short surname. We have a strong R in the surname, so I’d avoid middle starting or ending in R. @Etymology [name_u]Firefly[/name_u] and [name_u]Foxglove[/name_u] are awesome, but maybe a bit too alliterative with [name_f]Flora[/name_f]! It’s a shame though, one of our first dates was at a place called [name_u]Foxglove[/name_u] so it would have a nice, personal meaning to us. I do love Cornish names, so [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_u]Penrose[/name_u] is a good suggestion!
