Gray or Grey?

I think we have decided on our boy name (finally!) but I can’t decide if I like [name]Gray[/name] or [name]Grey[/name] better. Our last name ends in -son so [name]Grayson[/name]/[name]Greyson[/name] is out. Our older son is [name]Noah[/name].

[name]Grey[/name]!!! Something about G-r-a-y has bugged me since I was in elementary school.

[name]Grey[/name], for sure. Seems more put together and name-ish.

I also think [name]Grey[/name] is better. Especially with [name]Noah[/name].

I like [name]Gray[/name] better, personally. I like the feel of [name]Gray[/name] as opposed to [name]Grey[/name]–plus, a part of me just feels that [name]Gray[/name] is more “correct”, because that’s how the color is spelled here. I know some Americans like [name]Grey[/name] more because it seems more like a name than the color, and it could be exactly swapped in [name]Britain[/name]. Some people like [name]Grey[/name] because it looks spelled right, but others like [name]Gray[/name] more because it seems more namey and less like a color. [name]Noah[/name] and [name]Gray[/name] are great together, btw!
