I am liking [name_f]Leda[/name_f] too. It’s understated with a lovely meaning. I love [name_f]Iris[/name_f] so much but my friend said with the V and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] it could potentially sound like Virus and now I can’t unsee it.

I can see where they’re coming from, but I have never known a situation where someone goes by first initial + middle name unless by choice. This would never have occurred to me!

it’s one of them comments which now it has tainted the name somewhat. Unless I can erase my memory of the comment lol. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is such a lovely name and would be somewhat poignant for me right now with it meaning [name_f]Rainbow[/name_f].

Okay but now I can totally imagine a cartoonist using this as an edgy pen name (think like [name_u]Maxwell[/name_u] Atoms and The Grim Adventures of [name_u]Billy[/name_u] & [name_u]Mandy[/name_u]- “Created by V. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [insert surname]”)
[name_u]Or[/name_u] the stage name of someone in a punk band.

I’m in love with Verity Thalia and Verity Iris, but I think Verity Iris flows a little bit more. I also think that Verity Calliope would be cute
