Gryffith Jean

I know I’ve posted a lot today but I just thought of this combo for a little girl. What do you guys think?

Gryffith is all boy to me, sorry!

Makes sense. I was actually thinking about family names and remembered that my father wanted to name my older sister Gryffith if she was a boy.

I think the combo is cute, though! :grinning:

I don’t like the spelling, sorry. [name_m]Griffith[/name_m] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] looks more masculine to me.

Big fan of predominantly male names for girls but I’m just not sure about this one  Might I suggest [name_m]Gryffin[/name_m] / [name_u]Griffin[/name_u]? (It could still work as an honor) I personally find it easier to pronounce and a tiny bit more wearable for a girl. Nn could be [name_f]Ryn[/name_f] / [name_f]Rin[/name_f], [name_m]Fin[/name_m] / [name_u]Finley[/name_u], [name_f]Gigi[/name_f] etc. I love [name_u]Jean[/name_u] but since it’s also pretty unisex I’d swap it for something a bit more feminine to balance it out! Something like [name_m]Gryffin[/name_m] [name_u]June[/name_u] would be pretty cute IMO

Gryffith sounds a bit harsh to me. I read this post and thought it was a boys combo. Maybe a more feminine middle name would balance it out. I like the suggestion of Gryffith [name_u]June[/name_u], or maybe Gryffith [name_f]Jane[/name_f]?

I assumed it was for a boy. Maybe with a feminine middle name?

I find Gryffith hard to say but it is a bold and interesting combo

Not feminine at all. :-1:
